- A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund must be made up to 3 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts at the entrance and exit are removed to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding one is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the value included, will have this surplus to be regularized by guests to Nuris2u.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.
