It also has a balcony, wifi, hairdryer, iron and parking in the condominium's closed garage (extra cost not included in the price of the accommodation).
The flat is on a 3rd floor and is inserted in a condominium with lift, swimming pool (ONLY OPEN FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER), BBQ and tennis court.
It is located 300 m from the beach and about 50 m from the commercial centre of S. Sebastião where you can find a supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue among several other shops.

For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 250.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 20.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - 40.00;
