Pricing and Payments
For reservations, it will always be necessary to confirm availability;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in

The refund of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even be requested for a higher amount if there is: damage / dirt or extreme untidiness / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;

Late check-in:
8:00 pm to 10:00 pm - 30.00;
10:00 pm to 12:00 am - 40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - 50.00.
