Prices and Payments
For reservations, it will always be necessary to confirm availability;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the overall amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Deposit value 250.00 in cash;
The return of the security deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay /check-out;
The return of the security deposit may be suspended, or until it is requested higher value if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme mess / number of excessive occupants even if temporarily / lost keys / other anomic situations;

Late check-in:
