This charming villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach (10 minutes walk) and 4km from the centre of Ericeira and quick access to Lisbon and Sintra.
On the 1st floor you will find an equipped kitchen, with a dining area, a cosy and large living room with access to the garden and a spacious terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy your sunbathing. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the 2nd floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the mezzanine (sleeps 2 people on a sofa bed); 1 WC with bathtub. The balcony that surrounds the villa is equipped with sun loungers and a beautiful view of the sea.
The barbecue is furnished in order to bring the whole family together, enjoying outdoor meals with the aroma of the sea, a space where children can play outdoors and safely.

For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;

Late check-in:
