Fantastic villa 2 km from Ericeira, set in a rural area, quiet, with a lot of privacy! Close to the beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas and Coxos, excellent for surfing! Enjoy the magnificent sea view from your new holiday home! On the ground floor, the large and comfortable living room has a games area with a pool table. In this area there is also a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook on your holiday! On the ground floor, 3 fantastic suites, Suite 1 with double bed and sea view; Suite 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; Suite 3 with three single beds. The fantastic countryside and sea views of this villa do not go unnoticed, and the garden has a barbecue and is furnished, ready for you to enjoy your meals outside!

Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount, made up to 2 days before check-in;
