It was opted for a solution of kitchen and living room in the same space, created a corridor along the west façade, turning all the divisions of the building to the plot of rustic land, the East.

It was designed considering a maximum use of the existing and proposed area. It was intended that the charisma and lightness of the building before 1951 would maintain the leading role in this space. The new building acquires a volumetry as little evident as possible, opting for a flat roof, and the existing traditional house will have a hidden roof and the roof will be kept in its original form.
Inside there is a parallelepipedal volume, the bathroom, which fits into the interior of the space, without touching the ceiling. It is intended that this volume achieves the transition, through the interior, between the existing space, of traditional architecture, and the new building, where we find the rooms.
